The house was designed Ashley Dunn from Dunn and Hillam architects. For the garden design we worked with the owners, local doctors Ciara and Steve to achieve a garden that would compliment the architecture yet soften the straight lines and sharp angles of the house The naturalistic style of the garden also softens the use of concrete in the build. T

he garden style is unique to our clients and is in a similar vein to their previous house that we also landscaped The irrigation relies on direct soaking from roof runoff as well as subsurface irrigation and drip irrigation that has an evapotranspiration sensor to automatically adjust watering based on local weather, creating an efficient irrigation system The garden design relies on local native plantings to create the look.
